SOLD: G10 — A Floor Plan Personalized for the Way They Live

At The Unionville, a floor plan is just the beginning.

Recently sold G10 is another example of how thoughtful personalization can transform a condominium floor plan into a home designed around the purchaser’s lifestyle.

Offering 1,494 sq. ft. of interior living space plus 145 sq. ft. of exterior space, the original G10 plan features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. For these purchasers, however, the priority wasn’t the number of bedrooms — it was creating larger, more comfortable spaces they would use and enjoy every day.

Working with our team, the original layout was reimagined as a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence, with an oversized primary suite, enhanced storage and thoughtful changes throughout the home.

From Three Bedrooms to Two Larger Bedrooms

More bedrooms aren’t always better.

The purchasers preferred two generously sized bedrooms rather than three smaller ones, allowing the available square footage to be redistributed around the way they wanted to live.

The redesigned layout provides both bedrooms with more space while creating a particularly impressive primary suite.

An Oversized Primary Suite

One of the biggest transformations took place in the primary bedroom.

Instead of a conventional condominium bedroom, the redesigned space creates an oversized primary retreat with two walk-in closets, along with distinct areas for sleeping and entertainment.

The generous proportions allow the primary bedroom to function as more than simply a place to sleep. A dedicated entertainment area creates an additional private space to relax and unwind.

It’s a different approach to condominium living — one that prioritizes how the homeowner wants to use the space rather than simply maximizing the number of rooms.

More Storage Where It Matters

Storage was another important consideration.

An additional pantry was incorporated into the kitchen, providing more dedicated space for groceries, small appliances and everyday essentials while helping keep the kitchen organized.

The purchasers also added additional cabinetry in the laundry room, creating practical storage for laundry supplies, linens and household items.

These may seem like simple changes, but thoughtful storage can make a significant difference in everyday living.

Personalization Beyond Finishes

For many new condominiums, customization means choosing flooring, cabinetry, countertops and finishes.

At The Unionville, select residences offer opportunities to go further.

Depending on the residence and stage of construction, purchasers may have the opportunity to explore changes to layouts, kitchens, storage solutions, custom millwork and other interior details.

The G10 is a great example. The original three-bedroom, three-bathroom plan was transformed into a spacious two-bedroom residence designed around what mattered most to its purchasers: larger rooms, more storage and spaces that better reflect the way they live.

Your floor plan is just the beginning.
